Orders will be processed within 3 days of ordering and will be shipped the next day after processing. Except for weekends (Friday to Sunday), weekend orders will be shipped on the next business day (Monday).
Once the order is placed, we will send an email confirmation to the email address on your order.
When we ship from our global warehouse, orders may arrive anywhere from 1-4 weeks* from the date of shipment, depending on where you are in the world. If these times are not acceptable, we recommend that you do not order. If you have a tracking number sent to your email, you can track your product to view status or just send an email to email@example.com and we can tell you the status of your order.

Please make sure all shipping information is correct. If the information is incorrect and/or lost, we may ask you to contact the supplier to update the shipping information, which may delay your order. Customs clearance can also lead to delays.
Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clean up your package, which may delay the expected delivery time.
Your order may be sent to you by your local post office or local courier company. Depending on your region, most orders will be provided by your local postal service, so the package will be received via your regular mail. If you are not at home when you ship, the postal service may leave a notification card telling you how and where you can collect the delivery service.
If the wrong address is returned due to unavailability, the address is incomplete and the package is returned, no rescheduling will occur.
Tax and liability
Once the parcel arrives in the destination country, import duties, customs duties and related customs fees may be charged. These fees are determined by the customs of the particular destination.
The payment of these fees and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and we will not pay these fees at Taglec. For more details on charges, please contact your local customs office.

It is your responsibility to review local postal restrictions on restricted items as we are not responsible for any items that are not accepted by a particular country.
Foreign exchange transaction fee
If your credit card account is in a currency other than US dollars, your exchange rate may be charged at a different price than what is on our website. You may also need to pay a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees depend on your bank's pricing and transaction fee policies. We are not responsible for any fees that your bank or card issuing credit card may charge you. For more details on foreign transaction fees, please contact your bank.
Our store prices are shown in your local currency but are shown in US dollars at checkout. All transactions will be processed in US dollars via Paypal or Stripe on the checkout page.
