Thank you for choosing Taglec for your custom dog ID tags. As each of our products is custom-made to your specific requirements, we are unable to accept returns. Please review our return policy below for more details:

Custom Products:
- All of our dog ID tags are custom-made according to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Order Cancellations:
- Once an order has been placed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate changes if production has not yet started.

Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund as appropriate.

Lifetime Quality Guarantee:
- We stand by the quality of our products with a lifetime guarantee. If at any time your product is damaged due to a quality issue, we will replace it free of charge.
