Return

When shopping with Taglec, we have 30 days of buyer protection: a money back guarantee! If you have been in the past 30 days after receiving the purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and the conditions are the same as what you received. It must also be the original packaging.

If your item is damaged or defected, we will be happy to refund or replace the item. Simply send an image of the order to

service@taglec.com

    Please provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase or order number.

    New, unworn items can be returned to Taglec within 30 days of delivery. Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind,those returns will incur a 30% restocking fee.


    Refund

    Once we receive and check your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you to approve or reject the refund.

    If you are approved, we will process your refund within 3-10 days and automatically apply the credit card to your credit card or original payment method.

     

    Overdue or lost refund (if applicable)

    If you have not received a refund yet, please re-check your bank account first.

    Then contact your credit card company and it may take some time for the refund to be officially released.

    Next contact your bank. There will usually be some processing time before the refund is released.

    Special offer (if applicable)

    Only regular-priced items can be refunded, and unfortunately, promotional items are not refundable.

     

    Exchange (if applicable)

    If you are not 100% satisfied, we are happy to exchange items, simply contact us and tell us what you want to exchange. If the item is defective or damaged, we will replace the item. If you need to change items, please send an email to service@taglec.com

    Gifts If the item is marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the return value. After receiving the returned item, the gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item is not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sends the order to yourself and sends it to you, we will send a refund to the gift giver who will inform you of the return. Shipping You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost of the returned item unless the item is damaged or the item you sent is incorrect. The project is your responsibility until it reaches us.

    Depending on where you live, the time you may exchange for the products you exchange may vary.

     

    Cancel

    If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to provide your order number and the modifications you want, and we will confirm it after the modification is complete. Please note that any order that has been packaged or shipped cannot be modified or cancelled. This is a customized product. Within 24 hours of your purchase, we have begun to design and produce your tags. If you need to cancel the order, we will charge 50%.
